Sailing schedules may be interrupted and/or crossing times extended or changed without notice to you due to adverse weather conditions, tidal conditions, unforeseen operational or technical reasons beyond our control. The responsibility of the schedule and/or the viability of each ferry sailing lies exclusively with the ferry transport company and the Maritime Authority of Malaysia. If the Ferry Company cancels or reschedules any sailing for any reason whatsoever, it is beyond any reasonable ability on our part as ticketing agent. We will not be responsible nor will we indemnify any guest for any expenses, loss, inconvenience or suffering incurred or experienced as a direct or indirect result, of any cancellation or rescheduling of ferry sailings.
