Your group will arrive at Paya Beach Spa & Dive Resort by noon. From there, we will provide a multipurpose room along with a coffee/tea + snack. Meetings or group seminars can be held here. (Own arrangement). During the evening, a dedicated chef will be preparing & cooking a delicious BBQ dinner for your group while you enjoy the beautiful sunset in Tioman Island.
On your second day, rise and shine to a guided snorkeling tour of Tioman Island vibrant coral reefs. While enjoying the natural beauty of the marine life, you will be engaged in corporate team building activities to help identify key working styles within the organization. In the afternoon, your group will be greeted by our facilitator for various team-building activities by the beach. These team-building games will aim to enhance the importance of working together as a team to achieve a goal.
After breakfast, it will be time to bid farewell to Tioman Island. You will head home together as a cohesive team, refreshed and recharged, and ready to work together with boosted morale & productivity.
